1. Digital Products
Because our products are digital/online content, no refunds can be issued once the product is delivered or accessed, unless otherwise required by law.
2. No Refunds for No-Shows
Please note that refunds are not available if you fail to attend a booked course, workshop, or session. If you do not pitch for your scheduled course, this will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be granted.
3. No Downloadable Recordings
PlotProse does not provide downloadable recordings of courses or sessions. Attendance in real-time is required to access the content.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at info@coralhart.com with your order number, date of purchase, and a detailed reason for the refund request.
5. Assessment and Approval
We will review your request and notify you within 5 business days whether your refund is approved. If approved, we will process the refund through your original payment method within 7 business days.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
– Change of mind, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
– Minor issues corrected by us (e.g., small bugs or content adjustments).
– Failure to attend (no-shows) or inability to access a live course/session.
