I bought a workshop — how do I get my access link?
Access links are sent to the email address on your order within a few minutes of purchase. Check your spam folder first. Still nothing after 30 minutes? Email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll resend.
Can I get a refund?
Digital products, recorded content, and live workshops aren’t refundable once the content has been delivered or the workshop access link has been sent. Full terms on our Refund Policy page.
Do you offer 1:1 coaching?
Occasionally. Coral works with a small number of authors each quarter through the Level-Up Lab programme. Use the form above with “Something else” and tell us where you’re stuck — we’ll point you at the right next step.
