Three days to a Christmas book while there is still a Christmas to sell it into. Day one we outline — beats, structure, the cosy-to-conflict ratio, and the ending readers actually want in December. Day two we write together, live, and you finish with words on a page rather than a very pretty Pinterest board. Day three we critique chapter one in the room, honestly, with notes you can use immediately. Holiday romance moves fast and sells hard, but only if you are in the store before readers finish their to-be-read pile. Bring a premise or take one of ours. You will be drafting before the tinsel goes up.
