Yes. The bootcamp is a structured 6-week group programme. Coaching is private, on your timeline, focused on your specific career questions.
Do I need to be published to apply?
At least one published book is the minimum bar. Without it, the structured courses give you better return on investment.
How are coaches matched?
Application includes pen names, current backlist, subgenre, and the problem you’re trying to solve. You’re matched with the senior coach whose specialty fits.
How long is a coaching engagement?
Minimum three sessions. Most working engagements run six to twelve months with monthly cadence.
